Feature Details

Find powerline wires tool is used for the automatic detection of powerline wires based on dense point clouds (MLS data) or on point clouds with a consistent pattern of hits from wires (ALS data).

Steps:

1. Draw centerline guideline
2. Classify by centerline from High Vegetation to Potential Wire
3. TerraScan Find Powerlines tool classifying from Potential Wire to Distribution Line – wires are classified and vectorized without the need for tower strings
